Adsense Not Matching Keywords

I created an arbitrage page based on the other threads here. The URL includes the keywords. The H1 Title includes the keywords and the text content includes the keywords many times.

However, it looks like I am getting a bunch of random CPM ads. What can I do to make sure the Ads are in sync with the keywords?
 


What do you mean you are getting a bunch of random CPM ads? As far as I know all CPM ads are targeted by the advertiser and there is nothing really random about them.

Are you using the targeting commands to make sure Adsense focuses on the key areas and excludes those parts of the page you don't want included?
 
I tweaked my keywords and I am starting to see relevant ads. I gave google too much credit on figuring out my keywords. Looking good now.

1. If the page is new, it takes some time before GoogleBot analyzes it and shows relevant ads.
2. Use section targeting.
