I have applied for adsense for a site with not much content and google are yet to come back to me... in your experiences how long do they usually take?

Is it best to apply for adsense once your site is fully developed or not?

Funny thing is, I had one post with boobies on the frontpage, so they denied me.
Removed it, applied again, Bingo.
