Adult Affiliate Program w/ Billing via Cell Phone?

Can anyone suggest an adult affiliate program where users can sign up w/o a credit card, but with a cell phone number that will get billed each month?
Also, can anyone suggest a good webcam program? Is webcams.com any good? Thanks.

Webcams.com is great, absolutely recommended one, since they offer lifetime revshare, so a customers stays yours as long as his account lasts, even if he gets a new credit card.

As for the cellphone billing, the only company doing this in adult is PasswordByPhone.com - The better global billing solution Not sure if they offer recurring this way.

Basically there is (ringtones, software, wallpapers, games etc.) yes! But I think he ment Porn or Adult for cellphones.
