Adwords ads showing for myself

Anyone else had an issue with your adwords ads not showing from your own IP address? It's been happening for weeks now, kinda strange, but the ads will show on their partners sites (ask, aol, comcast, etc.) I've checked from other locations and they show up fine on Google, #1 - #3 for most of my terms.
