Adwords and free product give away?

I know this is the affiliate forum but I think this would be the right place to post this because it would be similar to a lot of zip/email submits.

Can I create an adwords ad in the content network like this. I thought I read that this would not fly on the search network of google or yahoo.

actually it semms like an offer that it will convert. but it wont. free product offers is a very competitive niche. zip/email submits are risky (if you send too many leads the advertisers will shave pretty much a big chunk of your leads) and you will be out of your money.

i read that some people is succesful with this, but many loose their earnings
