Adwords coupon?

Can this be continuously reused or one timer? Are there links available that are Google promotions to get users to open an account like Yahoo does with their huge coupons? You can just reuse those.
Making a tutorial and would love some money for the users to start with.
If you want a bunch just signup for like 10 hostgator accounts for 1 cent first month, then cancel haha.

ya the coupon only works for new accounts... what a load of crap... what about us old account users?!
