AdWords Double Charges?

Anyone else seeing empty invoices for duplicate amounts, which are then adjusted and credited back? All of my accounts that got charged in February have this, none of the other ones that last got charged on the 31st:

The only thing that throws me off is the "Payment unsuccessful" part. And looking on Google nothing comes up for that search. The credit limit is far from reached, my back up card hasn't been charged, my ads are still running and I didn't receive an email from them informing me about the "failed" billing attempt.
 


Yes they credited back the over charged money then everything went back to normal. Thought it was very weird myself. But since it didn't happen again I didn't say anything to Google.
 
It was an attempt to make fun of Amit's professional sales letter landing page, his cunning Word spelling abilities and his impressive Paint drawing skills. Plus the program he was promoting was offline anyway. But seems that no one got the joke :(
 
Go us!

Oh and seems Adwords fixed whatever problem there was and I can continue giving them money.
