So I'm running a legit email/zip submit campaign on AdWords for a big retail chain and I'm using the store's name in the keywords and due to trademark limitations my ads have been stuck at 'pending review' since yesterday. I'm getting a lot of clicks and have a 110% ROI but I feel as though I am leaving money on the table since my ads aren't fully approved. What do you guys suggest I do about this to get this resolved in a timely fashion? (the offer expires May 1st)

You have 2 options.

1. take the trademarked name out.
2. buy the company with the trademarked name and then use it

This is a very tough decision to make, the email submit offer is run by the retail store chain but they don't want people bidding on their trademarks yet this is the only way these types of offers convert. I also don't have the capital to buy them out. :-/

Learn your lesson and submit it early next time.
For this one time: De.ll computers, Wallmart discount, Inte1 Inside, ...

The offer went live yesterday, and I don't think it's the ad copy that's triggering the trademark limitation, but I'll try switching around a few words and I'll see how that goes. Thank you.

problem is that as soon as the retail store chain, walmart or bestbuy or whatever sees your ad they will trace the affiliate id and not pay you on your leads anyway.

you've kinda exposed yourself in this thread too, including giving your previous forum id so the network prolly wont have a hard time figuring out who you are and reversing all your leads to zero

I'm pretty sure olesh999 nailed it. If you were able to submit the ad without an error, I don't think it's a trademark issue; however, I've seen ads disapproved after the fact for trademark use.

Thanks for fucking bringing up the Home Depot Offer.

You don't need just trademarked terms for it. Think outside of the box

Does home depot offer allow banner or email traffic?

if so, can someone point me to it? i have a site/list i could use for it (not PPC).

Also, is it a shady email submit, or is it an actual offer by home depot?
