If anybody knows a way to get one let me know (PM or AIM me).

I might have had an account banned a while ago and everytime I create a new account it gets instantly banned before I can even send traffic to it.

I have a couple campaigns that are completely white hat, providing content and value, but I can't get an account approved

Do you mean a company name?

If you're changing the address/IP/Card/Nameservers/Domains and the name remains the same, it should be OK.

If you're planning to setup a new adwords account and send traffic to the same LPs/Websites - then you're in for a surprise!

I also got banned for sending leads to sales page that the Big G didn't look too kindly upon. What I did was use my girlfriend's computer and credit card to setup up a new account and my new campaigns got approved.

Unfortunately she and I are now tied together for a while because Adwords generates a lot of my leads.
