I've tried them -- they're ok. If you get some, be very careful about not connecting to multiple accounts from the same IP or doing anything else to cause G to catch on.

has anyone used the pre-paid adwords accounts for sale on other forums?

I've seen a lot of reports of these accounts (and any other of your accounts they can link) getting banned by Google - Is it really worth is for ~$40 extra? If $40 will make or break you (even a few times over at that), you're not doing something right.

The last thing any advertiser needs is their account completely banned from AdWords.
