Affiliate for an affiliate network?

I often have people that want me to help them along starting out in affiliate marketing. I can always negotiate some sort of cut from their profit, but I figured it would be easier if an affiliate network just offered the ability to get a cut right from them if you refer someone to use that network.

This way, the person getting them started would make a small cut so their efforts would be rewarded, the new affiliate wouldn't get any of his/her commissions taken away, and the affiliate network would get an active new member, the only downside for them would obviously be they would have to give up a small percentage of the profit they make off of that new member.

Anybody know if there's a network I could use for this?

I figured they probably did, but the networks I'm with, and actually use, are directed towards my specific niche, and they've all said that they don't have anything like this setup.

Can someone throw one out there so I can get hooked up with them.

I think all major networks offer this, I know azoogle does and so does probably copeac, neverblue, etc..
