Hi All,

I have signed up with an advertiser via Affiliate Future and their link landing page is their home page, which is not where I want to go to.
Is there any way to change it to the page that is more relevant. For instance:

www .advertisersite/nippleclamps/extratight.php

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Chris

Hey Chris,

Check out my PHP blog's post on URL cloaking and forced browser redirection: [you're too new to dickroll, plus I'm trying to keep this out of the newbies section]

Cheers

Hey Nick you must piss yourself laughing with that blog, I bet your mates never stop laughing at the things you do.
With only 14 posts behind you it takes a special kind of person to respond in such a positive way.
Thanks Mate

If the merchant allows deeplinking, just add the URL you want your visitors to land on after the &url parameter so your link looks something like this:
Code:
http://scripts.affiliatefuture.com/AFClick.asp?affiliateID=XXXXXX&merchantID=XXX&programmeID=XXX&mediaID=0&tracking=&url=http://merchant.com/specific/product_page.php

They have a couple of entries in their FAQ about deeplinking also.

Thanks Madin - this is indeed the correct way of doing it :) Most merchants support deeplinking but if they don't it should be in the programme terms.

If anyone has any AF questions feel free to give me a shout, james.little@affiliatefuture.co.uk and i'll be happy to help :)
