How do I set it up so I can pay people on a PayPer Action model?

Is there any good sites that can show me the way?

I don't have much of money at all to spend. Should I code this thing from the beginning or is there programs/somewhere where I should go. I'm willing to pay alot per action. But how do I get this set up?

you can search hotscripts.com for an affiliate program. theres some good ones there. If you know how to do the scripting, you might want to write it yourself to customize it though. Also, Im interested in what you are offering for PayPer Action, could you PM me and I could possibly be there in beta testing, or when its ready to launch?

Sign up at one of the low startup cost networks (clixgalore and shareasale are cheap) would be a better option IMHO.
