yeah i think Hydra is turning into a corporate company now. not many AM are too happy so they all left. my old contact there moved because of it ..

OP, why don't you just seek out some car dealerships locally and setup a CPA contract with them? Start with the little guys then go bigger. You can make some bank that way.

I am a car dealership. we sell 1000 cars a month i'm looking to start an affiliate program to expand

Are you not bound 50 miles (may be) around you. Why do you call guys like NewCarsPlus and work with them.
