Affiliate Radar vs. Keyword Radar vs. ???

Interested in feedback on either of these two keyword tracking solutions for affiliates, or any others that are similar. I noticed that Affiliate Radar is a monthly fee and Keyword Radar is just a one-time fee. They both seem to do about the same thing, so in that sense it seems like Keyword Radar is a no-brainer. Are there any other tools out there I should include in my research? I'm basically interested in any and all software/systems that help affiliates track sales and ROI by keyword. Thanks!
 


affedit.com cheap and does the basic job of tracking keywords. Doesn't have all the features as the other ones. I have keyword radar and like it very much, they update it as well, recently they added a "keyword grouper" feature which helps me out quite a bit, I also like the "hidden keywords" feature and the re-direct script so if you are sending your traffic directly to your merchant and don't have your own website or landing page to put the script on, you can still track your keywords/conversions with this script.
 
is affedit server-side, or do you run your traffic through them and THEY track your kw's for you? i hope the 2nd isn't true. even if it is server-side, aside from the license, are there any callbacks home that could be sending them info?
 
sorry I'm not technical so when you say server side I dont' know who's side you're talking about. I do know what you're referring to, do they track the keywords for you on their own server like keyword radar does. Affedit is not like that, you get a script and upload it to your own server nobody else has access to your keywords.
 
I have KeywordRadar -- Brian, the creator is always available for support or any questions. He also frequently adds new features to the product and is constantly trying to improve the tracking.
 
Thanks for the replies. I know I must be missing something but can someone explain the difference(s) between Affiliate Radar and Keyword Radar, aside from the pricing? Keyword Radar is just a one time fee and Affiliate Radar is about that same fee, every month. Unless one is ridiculously overpriced or one is ridiculously underpriced, I must be missing something as they both seem to do about the same thing.
 
affedit is $30 buck.

i like keyword radar but i like my keywords protected. any protection against that?
