Affiliate sites that pay for surveys/signups (free shit)

Hi,

I wanted to know of sites like Maxbounty and COPEAC that payout for visitors to complete signups/surveys and other free stuff that doesn't require CC.

I also know of Azoogle and ROI-rocket...But I don't want to have to send in Tax info to Azoogle via fax (really cbf), and I've already registered to COPEAC and ROI-rocket recently without reply (yet).

It's really annoying because I was a member at Maxbounty, but they had this policy that if you didn't advertise for 2 or 3 months you'd get kicked out of the program. Now I need to get back in (any suggestions with that btw...Already emailed some random sales person).

But yeah, are there any other affiliate programs that do that sort of thing apart from those main ones?

Yeah well for example, say that Maxbounty offers $5 per person who fills out some survey... No CC required... Strictly free for the visitor. Could you suggest some? I really can't seem to find any. I know clickbank and CJ don't do stuff like that...

I had a problem when signing up to Affiliate.com though...I get "ERROR: SS#/Corp ID#/ABN is required"

I looked around on some forums, and someone said to just sign up with "00000000" or a fake number. Will this jeopardize my account/chances of being affiliated with them? I mean, you don't have to own a business to sign up right? That would be kind of ridiculous.
