I'm not really into the PPC scene, most of the stuff I do is niche sites focused on unpaid traffic, so I don't have to worry about whether or not I'm allowed to link directly to the affiliate's site. However, I'm curious as to how you link to affiliate links when doing PPC or Adsense or similar methods.

Many of the offers on places like CJ.com say you can't link directly to their site. In that case do you link to your own domain (eg. cheapstocktrades.com instead of linking directly to tradeking.com/affiliateid) and if so, can you just link to cheapstocktrades.com/tradeking and set it up to redirect immediately to your affiliate link, or does it have to be a landing page that the user then clicks another link?

If you think the quality of the advertiser's page is good enough to actually convert a lead, then a domain with a redirect should suffice.

However, the purpose of the landing page is to pre sell. If the advertiser has a shitty page then I recommend getting a landing page/site with a domain.
