makes sense. affillion started working with mostly digital gangster affiliates who are used to getting stiffed by networks.
so affillion basically tells bh'ers they can run traffic and then they collect on it, but then once they have your money in their hand, they're like oh yeah we can only pay 1/3 of that. trust me, advertisers either pay it all, or dont pay at all. this 1/3 shit is nonsense
that was even before they brought that clown brottany on board. he used to "own" a network called conversionexperts.us which to my understanding never even survived to the first pay day.
affiliates are dumb for trusting their money to anybody who doesn't have a 100% reputation of paying in full everytime, there's plenty of options out there. i know at least 5 people who have had to go unpaid because of supposed "advertiser" with holding the funds at affillion. it's the networks job to collect from advertisers for traffic you committed to. if you can't collect, take a hike.
affillion has just figured out if they "pretend" to be paying you "1/3" or "half" of what your'e owed out of pocket, they can mind fuck you into thinking they're the good guys and paying you and keeping half your cash at the same time.

i laughed when Brottany became an account manager. He was like one of the worst and unskilled frauders in the industry. Good career change for him, he wasn't doing very well trying to steal money from networks having absolutely no technical skills. Which is kind of a must.
I did not even know that about brotnay or whatever his name is. Makes this rabbit hole go a little deeper.

With Chargebacks or refunds or some valid reason it's surely possible but with Email Submits highly unlikely.
