I got quite a nice response on my previous thread at WickedFire and am back with some improvements in the outsourcing services I provide.
Labour is really really expensive in most countries. It is pretty fancy paying someone $25 an hour for sitting at a desk copy pasting stuff here and there all day long! Weekly: $225/week --> comes upto about 48 hours a week at $4.7/hour
Hourly: $7/hour
(*) For employees hired on monthly basis: the monthly fee is a flat rate you'll be paying, you will NOT be compensated for public holidays and other unavoidable circumstances in which the office cannot operate.
