Hello,
I got quite a nice response on my previous thread at WickedFire and am back with some improvements in the outsourcing services I provide.

Labour is really really expensive in most countries. It is pretty fancy paying someone $25 an hour for sitting at a desk copy pasting stuff here and there all day long! Well, if you thought data entry was burning a hole in your pocket, get in queue. You're not the only one facing this issue, there are many others looking for alternatives to expensive labour.

Well, you have two alternatives: Automation/Outsourcing.

You could build a script of a software to take care of a particular job of yours automatically. However, since automation isn't a viable option each time, outsourcing is the best bet for you.

Offshore Outsourcing is an excellent alternative to expensive onshore employees for the primary reason that it is extremely cost effective. You could get your work done in less than one-fifth the cost you'd otherwise incurr then why wouldn't you choose outsourcing your projects like many others do?

Why Outsource?

Well, there are a million reasons why outsourcing is advantageous. It has proven beneficial to many many companies in the past and still continues to be a popular trend.
  • Outsourcing is cost effective and saves a lot of money
  • Due to difference in time zones, your remote employees would be up and working while you're fast asleep
  • Gives you and your employees time off to pay more attention to core business areas
  • Increases productivity since you can have a team of employees working for you at the price of one
  • Helps accomodate peak loads
  • Helps develop your internal staff

It's not just the price difference between an onshore and offshore employee that needs to be taken into consideration, you must also take into account the amount of hassles and other problems you must go through while hiring an onshore employee:

  • Legal Problems: Getting into contracts, Compensations in case of mishaps, Taxes etc.
  • Office: You need to have a physical office to accomodate an employee. However, this comes with overhead costs which burn a huge hole in your pocket.
  • Waste of skills: Highly skilled employees, if made to waste their time on data entry would be a huge pain. For example, A $150/hr. SEO doing manual PR submissions!
  • Restricts growth: Your staff gets overloaded with work and productivity stops growing beyond a particular limit
  • High expenses

All these above problems can be solved in a jiffy through outsourcing.
Productivity would greatly increase since you can hire a team of professionals at the price of one if you are outsourcing. You have absolutely no legal liabilities, all the risk is taken by us. Hence with outsourcing, you can not only cut costs majorly (which is very useful in these times of recession) but can also divert your focus to developing core business areas rather than wasting your time on something that can be outsourced so easily.

What can I outsource?

Well, we undertake almost all kinds of outsourcing projects.
You can hire a dedicated remote employee for:
> EMail marketing: Ofcourse we're not talking about SPAM here. Many companies use email marketing to increase their client base and it has proven to be very useful. For example you're a SEO professional, you can hire an employee to collect contact emails of various companies and then send them an email offering your services. Emails like this have almost a 90% revert ratio as against SPAM emails with barely any users showing interest in your services.

> Content writing: Every one needs a content writer! May it be for a blog or just a little something for your website or articles for article submissions. Content is King and it is everywhere!
> SEO & Link Building: You can use a dedicated remote employee to do some SEO work for you and build some links through methods such as social bookmarking or article submissions or blog posting etc.
> Data Entry: If you have some kind of data entry work that you require someone to do for you, outsourcing is a cheap option.
> Handwriting to Text --> Text to handwriting: If you have letters that are handwritten and need to be typed or perhaps you want something handwritten, you could just outsource it to us.
> Virtual Assistant: You can hire a dedicated remote employee to be your virtual assistant doing just about any kind of job you want him/her to do for you.

Employees will be working 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.

PRICING:
The base pricing for employees is this: (Ofcourse it differs if you're looking for highly skilled employees like Server Admins or Skilled web designers)

Monthly*: $650/month --> comes upto about 210 hours a month at $3.2/hour
Weekly: $225/week --> comes upto about 48 hours a week at $4.7/hour
Hourly: $7/hour

(*) For employees hired on monthly basis: the monthly fee is a flat rate you'll be paying, you will NOT be compensated for public holidays and other unavoidable circumstances in which the office cannot operate.

No matter what the job is, we can always help you out.
With Content writers, web designers, SEO specialists, Linux server administrators etc. working for us, it is a piece of cake for us to cater to all your needs.

We value our customers a lot and their satisfaction means the world to us. If you have specific needs, we can always hire more employees for you. We'll pass on some resumes to you and you choose which employees you want us to take interviews for, we'll give them a call, take an interview and if he/she is good, we'll hire him for you and they'll start working at our office directly under you.
We have over 70 employees working from our office and we have room for many more.
PM me with details and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Regards,
Hitesh

Alright!
Looks like you guys ain't gonna give any response without a review package..
I'm selling no Ebook here so a free review package won't be possible but I can offer you a 1 week trial at $150.

How good are your dudes? I need someone to build some quality links for several of my sites, and I also need some design/coding done.

Also, do you/your workers send reports of what they have completed? I don't trust people who charge by the hour online :)

If you do provide reports I'm in for a 1 week trial. What's the payment method? PayPal?

If I do go with a trial is it possible to get a variety pack? In order to fully evaluate your employees, I'd need some SEO work done, some content written, some design done, etc.

The 'dudes' are quite good but depending on what kind of links you want, you'll have to teach them the process. If it is too complicated, one of our senior SEO guys could do that for you for free.
The employees would be able to manage pretty much anything taught to them.
> The workers would be sending out daily reports of what work they've done during that day, if you instruct them to do so.
> Payment method is Paypal for all transactions.
> The pricing on employees specializing in a particular field is different. I'd be willing to give you a one week trial on different employees but the pricing would be different depending on their experience and specialization. We can talk about it via PM or IM if you want.

Most importantly, the pay-by-the-hour employees are just for short term projects depending on availability. However, we mainly cater to businesses with longer terms. You could hire one good employee for months at a stretch with no problems at all. It would be just like having your own in-house employee.
The only reason we offer hourly & weekly terms is because we don't want to miss out on any kind of market. However, we prefer longer term contracts. This would be easier for you since your employee would get comfortable & well acquainted with your kind of work and the end result would just be a massive improve in productivity and efficiency.

We now have content writers, web designers, senior and junior search engine optimizers available.
PM me if you're interested.

Hi Dum Dum. Just joined this site. You can outsource to me. I write content for ethics, philosophy, psychology, religion, and alternative health including anti-aging. Let me know if you wish to relate. Max
Thanks for the offer but I guess I'll pass.

I need someone for LinkBuilding and SEO for my celebrity blog. PM with details what he/she will be doing for one month. What will be the strategy?

I am PMing you, however, just for the reference of others, the employees will do what you ask them to. Don't think of them as Link Building consultants (we have those if you require) because $650 a month isn't going to get you a full time Link Building consultant. :costumed-smiley-015

The employees know the basic link building techniques but in case you have a different strategy you want to implement, you can just teach them what you want them to do and they'll comply.

Can you drop an example of the work from one of the content writers, as well as how many 500 word articles you estimate they can write a week?
I'm PMing you a sample.
About the estimated number of articles, I would not want to commit to any hard number since it depends on the nature of the work given to the employee too.
However, you can expect about 10x500 word articles a day which comes up to about 60 a week.
