All in one licensing and php encoding systems

I'm thinking of moving one of my development projects from a monthly subscription hosted on my server to a 'customer hosted one-time payment fee' model.

Can anyone recommend a good all in one licensing and php encoding system?

Ideally I'd like to:

- encode as much as of the code possible
- charge the customer a one-time fee and provide them with a license key to control the limits of what they purchased
