one word: Scaling

For those in the game for 1-2+ years,
Picking a few Keywords, Getting an offer to make money is EASY.

But Having a Few Thousand Keywords w/ hundreds of adgroups is HARD
.
So how do you top players manage?

The only thing standing in the way of ME being rich is a lack of money.

The thing is you'd need them to combine the business logic in with the programming in order for it to be useful. If the indians were already affiliates with programming skills... they'd already build it for themselves.

For me, it's all about throwing another log on the fire. "Here's another PPC campaign for XY and Z..." "Here's another site that brings in a few AdSense bucks a day." I feel like I'm always building a big pile out of low- to mid-level earning things, but I'm always looking for The Big Score. And then I read Shoe's blog post today about how some little throwaway affiliate thing of his "only" brings in $2000/month. Fuck!

What has worked for me is to build up test sites in a niche, and if it does well, just take over the market by making more sites....

Ask him to post about how he did it or what he's doing to get that.
Brag posts are meaningless.

I think that a lot of people top out due to lack of vision. Can't see the value in expansion, replication, outsourcing, anything that requires additional work or money invested. It's weird but some people just cannot seem to grasp the concept of a synergistic effect from expanded effort.

On the flip side, a lot of people defeat themselves when they do put in extra effort and fail, then assume that where they are is the peak. You simply cannot allow failure to make you risk-averse.

I'm no top player - but affiliateradar.com's product is what helps simplify (and yet complicate at the same time) my PPC - I'm by no means saying that their product is the one thing that stands between you and being rich. The main thing that stands between me and being rich is my laziness :P
