Alternative to Google Search Box?

I am developing an application that will integrate a search bar in it (toolbar for IE).

I know Google does not allow this - what other alternative advertisers with a search feature might?

-bump- i hate bumping shit, but still trying to find an third party who regularly does this w/ search (like adsense search box, etc).

I can't get around adsense terms and conditions by forwarding queries directly to my search box on my website, then automatically populating the box w/ the query and searching...and they are not accepting 'premium' adsense publishers at this time (who are allowed to do anything they want it seems...).

Here's a question: is it against the TOS to put AdSense on a search results page? Just make your own "search engine" specific to your site (unless of course that's not what you are trying to do), and put some ads on it - just like google. Probably pay more, too.

Hmmm- that is interesting, but I'm looking for a legit search site that will create a good user experience. Doesn't have to be a top tier SE, but something that at least returns some good results.

If it's not against the TOS to use Adsense on a search page, you could always use something like Yahoo's Search API to pull up the search results.
