I run a rather large blog that gets about 2mil unique visits a month.
When I first became a part of the blog we had a very rudimentary job board which is a great feature to our users in addition to helping drive some nice traffic as well.
The thing was crap though, we didn't provide it as a service and subsequently were adding compelling jobs that we found ourselves. This was both time consuming and really didn't serve our visitors well. Adding 5 jobs or so a day to serve 60,000 people from across the globe really doesn't do anything...talk about needle in a haystack.
I'd like the job board to be useful to our clients, be minimally time consuming for us, and if it can earn some revenue, that's just a cherry on top.
I've been made aware of jobamatic.com which seems ok, but is very ugly and I'm not really sure it will function as I want it to. I want the job board to sit within our wordpress installation (ideally), on our domain (requirement) Any suggestions??
