Say there is a trademark on a name 'Eat Cook'. And say it's a low calorie weight loss program that has been trademarked. Now, say I was to create a product called 'Eat Cook Helper'. It's to assist people on low calorie diets, to keep up their energy levels.

Is that infringement? What about a name like 'Cook Eat Helper' ? That's just the words rearranged. But is it enough to get me out of infringement?

Yes, in most if not ALL cases it is still infrigement. And unless you are willing to mount a defense and pay a lawyer to argue your case I wouldn't even go down that slippery slope.

I'm pretty sure the lawyer dude that hangs out on here actually mentions talks about copyright stuff in a few posts. you'll probably have to dig a bit to find it though.
