Android App Developer

I am looking for a recommendation of a kick ass android app developer. I am not looking to hire people here so please don't pitch me with PMs and posts. I am looking for a trusted long-term member to recommend someone they have used themselves and who are:-

1) Reliable (above all)

2) Trustworthy

3) Communicative

4) Kick ass (preferably someone in a team who can do programming and design)

5) Not ass-rapingly stupid prices. Don't get me wrong, I want to pay for quality, but I am not stupid, corporate or both (i.e. branders)
