This is the first summer in my new condo. (Lease)
It's getting hot outside. (Duh)
As per the terms of my lease, the only utility I have to pay is Hydro. (And internet, phone, yadayada)
Will the air conditioning "energy usage" cause my hydro bill to spike?
It's not one of those window mounted deals, it's a central unit with a thermostat on the wall and everything.
I assume since heat is included in the lease, AC will be too? It's all the same system (it comes out of the same vents, controlled by the same thermostat, etc)
