Aren't many affiliate networks/ringtones programs no longer allowing use of the carrier splash page, or has that not gone into effect yet?

My AM at Neverblue informed me of that policy because of my own ringtone site, but then she looked further into it for me and told me merchants are not going to start enforcing that rule for a while. So, for now, to the best of my knowledge, it's still okay.
