Actually, it depends on your jurisdiction.
In Germany it IS illegal to link to illegal content. As a webmaster you are going to be held responsible for the distribution of such.

And you have to lay open your personal info on the page if it is a commercial page. (and there is no hiding from "whois" at German hosting)

Be that as it may, host it overseas, get privacy protection..voila!
