My fucking payments have been locked for 3 months and I can't find a direct way to contact CJ via the website. I know there are a bunch of people from other affiliate networks on here, any staff from CJ?
From their homepage (About Us -> Contact Us) Commission Junction - Contact us . There's also a "contact us" link within your CJ interface to put in a support ticket, but calling them is the way to go.I can't find a direct way to contact CJ via the website.

Is your problem with all commissions from all advertisers, or just one advertiser?
By the way, you won't find CJ support staff answering questions at forums - It seems like it must be company policy to not handle things through unofficial channels, or at least not show up on forums.
That can happen on any network - Call CJ to see if they know anything about payment status, but advertisers can stiff affiliates on any network. I've had two advertisers in CJ not pay for 2-3 months, but in the end the payments were made. Did the companies that were deactivated go through bankruptcy at all? If they did, there's pretty much no chance of getting the commissions paid. Thanks a lot for the info.
My problem is with two advertisers who have actually deactivated their accounts from CJ. Now it seems just because they're not running anymore, they're not paying out!
This can happen in any network - Unless a network requires adertisers to always maintain a positive balance (an option that I've seen only at ShareASale, but it's just an added feature for merchants to use to attract affiliates, not a requirement), this can, and will happen in many networks. Sometimes you'll find networks that will just bite the bullet and pay, but his is rare, and varies on the situation.I had this problem for around $500 with a deactivated advertiser....never got paid, never used CJ again. I just LOVE their support.
