Any extremely small time PPC managers?

I'm currently running a very small PPC campaign to collect leads of companies who require financing.

I spend just $100/day and receive 10/15 leads of which 99% are
garbage.

I only need to find 3 or 4 good companies per year for this to be
VERY profitable.

Currently I run the PPC campaign (adwords)... And am making a
mess of it.

Does anyone know of any extremely small time (but capable) PPC
managers who would be willing to manage such a small campaign?

(segregate keywords, improve quality score etc etc).

For some kind of compensation.

But I had a quick look at your lander and it's as boring as it gets with zero credibility. Would you put in all your vitals into this form if you were on Google and saw some random shady ad on the right hand side of the screen? Put in an image, maybe some "trusted by" images or something like that. Improve your lander, and then look at your adcopy/keywords.
 
ah ok, well yeh I know the lander is poor quality. That's what I'm looking for advice on, still looking for someone who would manage such a small campaign on a day to day basis, and advise on improving quality score.

It's a small project and I don't have the time nor inclination to start reading up on adwords, quality scores etc etc.
 
Anyone competent enough to do what you're asking is also gonna be clever enough to take those leads directly to whoever wants them and cut you out of the deal. I wouldn't risk sharing that kind of info with someone who has that kind of knowledge.
