I'm looking for a very high quality freelance web designer to do a quick turn-around on a corporate design.

I need something like this:

Uranium Energy Corp.
Uniontown Energy Inc.

Willing to pay up, I'm going freelance to save time.

Can anyone refer me?

Those are very similar to about a thousand Wordpress themes. Probably cheaper in the long run just install WP and run it yourself.

Premium WordPress Themes and Web Templates - ThemeForest has one of the bigger selections. If you can't find one there, come back and I'm sure others will have additional suggestions.
