Any Good Schedule Website?

I'm looking for a site that manages employees schedules and sets up reservations.

I want my employees to go onto the site and enter in all the times they are available. Clients would then view the schedules and register for a time slot which would send a confirmation email to both parties.

I can't seem to find any site program that fits these criteria, you guys know of anything?

Go to sourceforge.net and search for "PHP project management script".
There are several there you can modify to accommodate this function. I believe there is also a drupal module that does this as well but the name escapes me right now.
