Any legit traffic from amazonaws.com or can one assume it's all bots? I'm not going to null route all the requests, I just need to know if they are ALL bots so I can deal with them appropriately...

People legitimately use EC2 to get around blocks / restrictions. Do you watn them as your customers / visitors? Up to you.

do you plan on resolving all connections to determine this? or do you know of a list of all ip blocks? (i'd like it)

I blocked based on hostname but found it causing a little too much a delay sometimes, so undid it and now have a seperate cron job to resolve ips that have connected and then iptable them

First thing I do on a PPC campaign is dump a big list of Amazon AWS IPs into the IP block list. I've never had a single conversion from Amazon....

AWS is either

1. Foreigners trying to get past their countries firewalls or get US results (I can't convert international traffic on my campaigns)
2. Bots/spammers
3. Ad networks trying to fluff their impression count

Strangely enough I've never had a conversion from an Amazon device like their Fire tablets so I always turn those off too.
