Any way to fix this?

I was cleaning up this morning while listening to my iPod via headphones when the sound suddenly became so insanely quiet, I had to turn the volume up all the way to even hear it, and most of the sound is muffled and distorted. I tried on my PC as well, and the sound is very distorted. Any way to fix it? It's a KOSS UR/10, if that means anything to anyone.

Delete your System32 folder
