I've got $350 of commissions pending with Traffic Payouts. They're supposed to send out payments on the 1st, but I haven't received anything (all of my commissions are still showing as 'pending'). I've sent them two emails and tried contacting them by their contact form over the past 24 hours without response, and I'm starting to get worried.
