I ship like 250 orders out a week. I use FedEx for boxes, rush shipment, most international shipments, and the occasional LTL. I use USPS for letters, and smaller packages.
I was wondering if any of you guys use FedEx Smartpost? It's meant to be a hybrid between FedEx and USPS, where FedEx delivers your package to a USPS hub near your customer's address. They offer a tracking number and Saturday delivery for free. The reason I'm most interested in it is to be able to charge my FedEx account for shipments I would usually pay Endicia for.
When I searched online for reviews on the service, I heard nothing but bad things. Anybody here have any experience with it?
