Waffles.fm is a private music site that spawned off the closing of Oink (another music tracker). They're very strict about quality standards and ratios. Lots of rare/hard to find music and a good community.

Yeah, I've heard that's a good site as well. I'm happy with Waffles though, never had a problem finding what I need.
