Just got an email from EWA saying I've got a new AM, Matthew. I'm not sure why, I didn't complain or anything.
My first thought was that maybe my old AM, Alex, had left, but the email says "I would like to apologize for any issues that you may have experienced with your previous account manager, Alex, and assure you that your dealings with EWA will run smoothly from here on out." :S
So, can anyone confirm? Has Alex left? Is this a bug?
