I started AM less than a year ago, so this is my first August. But based on several offline businesses I have had, August and especially the week before Labor Day is slow across the board. The masses are in vacation mode even if they can't afford a vacation.

I suspect things will be slow until the Tuesday after labor day for most verticals. After that the masses start thinking about T-Day and Thanksgiving and wake the fuck back up from their dog days of summer hibernation.

I used to think BizOpps were only a Mon-Thu kind of thing, and one can only do Dating on weekends, but I've found it's a pretty big world out there, you always hit a diff't crowd around the clock and it's silly to say only certain days work for certain offers.

This is very true, but I noticed depending on the type of traffic bizopps do way better at certain times.

My best days have been on the weekends (quite often), and Mondays for bizopps are always shitty for some reason. I mean basically 100% success rate for Monday being a shitty bizopp day. But I only run PPC so perhaps because you do emailing you get signups coming in any day and every day.
