Anyone ever contact CommissionJunction support?

They don't seem to have a support phone number. I'm having login troubles so I sent them an e-mail through their form. I think it's been about four days now and I haven't heard back.

Just wondering if anyone has ever contacted them, and if so, how long did it take you to get a response?

Took about a week, response didn't help at all, never heard back and gave up on them and their retarded system after that.
 
Support is the first thing you need to check BEFORE participating in any affiliate program

Just call their client support, and try to get in touch with someone about your issue. Things can get lost in their system. Once you get a contact on the inside, everything is generally smooth sailing.
 
They're worthless when you get them on the line it's like talking to a McDonalds employee. They know nothing and are totally worthless. Also they won't let you talk to anyone that knows anything. if they can't answer your question they just say "to bad"

If you make enough money/connections, you'll find that there are employees who are willing to bend over backwards to help out. Front line support can be iffy, but once you get names of people inside, you'll be fine.
