Anyone experiencing problems with logging into Twitter?

For the longest time, I've had problems logging into my Twitter account. I'll log in with the correct username/password and it'll always bring me to the "Twitter is over capacity" page. Anyone know why this might be happening? I want to change it so that everyone can see my tweets without having to follow me, but I can't log in my account to do it. :-\

It's because twitter is fucking retarded and can't seem to spend their $135 million VC cash on one single scaling engineer to handle their traffic. They fail whale every single day for me.

Twitter fucking sucks, and their devs suck harder.

Yeah, I guess scalability isn't on their top list of priorities. I guess I'll just wait it out then, as usual haha.
 
Twitter needs to improve their systems to next level. Now it has more users an struggling to serve all with the existing infrastructure..
