Not a huge campaign, but it's been running like 2+ years doing $1k /day adspend, pretty much untouched. Checked my adspend today and it's at $14. No disapprovals or new competition or anything.

Anyone else have a Adcenter/Bing campaign being funky today?

Not today specifically, but around the time they updated their platform I had a campaign on autopilot spending like $100/day go down to barely spending 50 cents. No joke.

Increasing bids didn't help either. =x

LOL I'm the opposite. I'm placing for keywords I explicitly added to my negative list, thus sending the spend through the roof. This merger with Yahoo has some "bugs"

Depends on Niche, also MSN already like fifth of Google, sooner be quarter. If there are people who can spend $4k/day on G, why not $1k/day on MSN ?

Here is the answer
Yahoo! Search Marketing Blog New Search Alliance Transition Updates and Tips

Organic and paid search testing
Transitioning complex systems with quality requires a lot of testing, and we’re in the process of doing just that. Fortunately, there’s nothing you need to do, though there are a few things you should keep in mind: In mid-July, we began testing the delivery of organic results from Bing to Yahoo! Search, which may gradually increase to up to 25% of Yahoo! Search traffic. We also began testing the delivery of paid search results from Microsoft Advertising adCenter to Yahoo! Search, which began with a small percentage of traffic and may increase to include up to 2.5% to 3.5% of live Yahoo! Search traffic in the U.S. Please note that testing volumes will fluctuate during this period. Since the traffic percentages are small, advertisers should not draw any conclusions from what they observe during these tests, as the results may not be indicative of the future marketplace with full Yahoo! volume.

Yeah, and the Devhead bozo's at YSM compelled me to make hundreds of creative changes recently as Bing creatives are now showing up on Y - in the name of customer experience ... theirs, not Bings!

Tells you where this is gonna go

yeah, just looked and i'm at like 1/4 of what normally gets spent per month.

and my ads don't show how many clicks they get in their info or their ctr..annoying.

Yup, the transition was the reason for my traffic hiccup.

And yup, tried contacting support about it, but no answer yet... as far as I know I don't have a rep either.

any news on this ?

I had a campaign running today but when i looked closely, the ad was being shown on the page 4

It's totally fucked. I have a feeling this Bing/YSM transition is gonna be a huge fucking mega disaster...

There's almost no advantage to this merger for us. Less ads showing on first page, higher bids, more competition, and Microsoft.
