Anyone have ccbill experience?

I have been asked to quote for a membership site build. The client wants to use ccbill as the payment provider but I cant find any information on how to check re-bills i.e they sign up, they get a months access, how do I check they have not cancelled their subscription so I can block access after the first month?

By default they manage your .htpasswd file themselves, with a script you install. They also have a quasi API that you can request access to, they call it datalink. They will POST to a url of your choosing when something happens (a rebill, a cancel, etc etc).

This is for a high-risk processing area right? Cause if not, 14% is a lot to pay for billing.
 
I know them well. What I mean is there is no point in paying 14% if all you're selling is jellybeans (or any other non-porn product / service / information).
 
Yes, very correct. Can you suggest one? Exactly for beans :-)
I'm currently using CCNOW, but they got no API, seems that they froze on development level.
