Anyone have German/International Proxies?

I can't see to find any working German proxies anywhere, all proxy sites have the same crap always.

I found one site with great proxies, but it uses random ones each time so it doesn't really work for what I need. If you want any proxy, try:

That's not my site nor spam, but out of all I found, one of very few that had working proxies on it.. I appreciate you showing me that site but I was really looking for something with ips and ports.
