Anyone have Texas home owner data for sell?

Looking for email data of home owners in Texas, if you can pull city or zip criteria then even better. Can either pay for the data if the the appropriate fields are in place and proof of where it came from OR would be open to trading data. Data must be fresh and legit. Let me know if you have and how much.

At the very least if you're not willing to let go of your Texas data then let me know if you would be open to mailing out to your Texas data for generating roofing and remodeling leads.
 


Not a huge list, but I have about 3300 Texas names in my database - address/phone/email/gender/dob
 
Homeowner information is public information, in some sort of database. You may be able to order this database in CD form from the Texas Tax Assessor's office, for the specific counties of your choice. Otherwise, contact local title companies or the people that go to the courthouses (forget the name of them right now), and they can pull reports for you.

If that doesn't work out, you can also talk to real estate agents and residential property appraisers. I would talk to appraisers first. There's a lot of different options.
 
I understand that it is public information. However, if you read my request you would know that I am seeking "email data" not just postal address etc. You cannot go to the "public" sources you mentioned and get the "EMAIL" of the home owner. At this point forget the home owner part WHO HAS JUST TEXAS EMAIL DATA? I need as much as I can get my hands on and also anyone who is open to emailing out to their Texas data to generate roofing and remodeling leads and want further details etc. let me know. This is for my roofing company but the leads will come through a couple of my own capture pages. I also generate many other types of leads mostly via email and also retail the leads directly to the lead buyer not reseller. So you're not dealing with a newbie, we have our shit together to say the least, just didn't figure i needed to mention all that before.

i have about 242k emails from texans that have address with zip and even some phone numbers, I also have access to more. this list has been scrubbed but the data is from aug of last year. I have newer data but in any circumstances make me an offer on what I have.
