Anyone know of a good ad management script?

I am running media buy and I've got access to the iframe but I need to get a script that I can:

Track impressions
Track CTR
Track conversions
Display a series of ads randomly
Allow me to turn ads on and off

Anyone got any suggestions?

First off I'd like to apologize for getting the hopes up with the boobage icon, then having them hotlink protected (I'll put up something when I get home from the university library...can't really be searching porn in here).

Thanks for the tips, I dl'd Openx and am going to play with it tomorrow. I also signed up for google admanager, which seems awesome except I need to deliver html ads, and their only options are flash and image. I suppose I could generate a flash banner that seems like html, but I'd prefer to just get a nice out of box solution that works for me.

Anyone else got any tips? Worst case scenario I might just get a coder to write something up for me.
