Anyone know where I can buy Facebook contest votes?

Surely there is a service on here somewhere. I'm not just looking for "LIKES", what I'm looking for is actually a two step process:

1) They "LIKE" the K-State Sports Facebook Fan Page.
2) They follow my URL to said Fan Page's Contest page, and click the vote button.

I'm looking to destroy all competition. Anyone know where I can buy a few thousand instances of something like this?

There appear to be many of these services offered on BHW but I am not sure if they can do exactly what you are looking for. If you have an account there you may want to check. Just beware of the scammers
