Anyone uses Pops?

So i have a zip submit offer thats doing well and my AM suggested i run a pop-under of a similar email submit offer they have to try and make more $ w/o paying more.

Never done any pops before. What do you guys think? Do they work?

Never really used because old MTA did not have Pre-pop features setup correctly. So pre-pop kind of fell on the way side for me. However, we'll be doing some testing on it next week and will have anwsers then.
