anyone who uses Azoogle's subid reports; are they cutting off at 500?

Update: problem was fixed

When you download them today, are they cutting off after 500 subid's? Last night, everything was perfect, download a report and it would show all 7000+ subid's, now everything is cutting off at 500 even generating and downloading reports from past days.

Pretty fucking useless now, very little reason for me to use Azoogle anymore, I certainly can't optimize any campaigns. Even worse is I just got my tracking system finally perfected after spending thousands of dollars on it.

I wouldn't post this but I won't be able to talk to my AM for at least another 17 hours.
 


Hmm not sure. At one point they did this, but they fixed it.

Might be a bug. I downloaded a few reports this morning and don't remember seeing this.

This is with downloaded reports right?
 
Yesterday AZ was having a system upgrade. Could have something to do with that?
 
Interesting... I think I had my first no conversion day ever in Azoogle yesterday. Offers that were converting well recently got nailed yesterday. Anyone else see this? I don't think I'm anywhere near the clicks some of you are, but it was surprising to see. I'd be curious to know if others saw similar results.
 
It's probably just a mistake. I can't think of any reason why a network would limit sub-ids to 500. Doesn't make sense.
 
Talked to my rep, its fixed now. Must have been some kind of bug, and not a new "feature" :D
 
Everything has been resolved with the Sub ID's. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
 
Not resolved here. I just ran a report and got cut at 500 subs and there's a form stating I need to email for a full report. meh...
