Anyone with experiance with TD?

With TradeDoubler, Just wondering when my users buy a product, is it automatically updated in the admin panel? Its just im bidding on some pretty highrisk high traffic kw'ds and i dont wanna stop it just because you gotta wait a few hours for them to come through...
